Q. How can I check my Netbook status?
A. Click on Status Lookup along the top of this page. You can then search by Service Address or Phone Number or Account Number to view the status of your Netbook.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my Netbook?
A. Please allow a few weeks to receive your Netbook after you have maintained minimum level of services for required time period. Please call 1-800-COMCAST for more information about the terms of the Netbook offer.

Q. Where will my Netbook ship?
A. Your Netbook will ship UPS Ground to your service address. This is the physical address where you have Comcast services.

Q. How will I know if my netbook shipped?
A. You will receive a shipping notification letter from Comcast to inform you that your netbook will soon ship. Letter will also include your shipping address (service address), UPS tracking number and customer service phone number for shipping inquiries.

Q. If my service address does not accept deliveries, can the netbook ship to an alternate address?
A. Yes. Please call 1-800-526-3268 between the hours of 8:30 – 5 pm EST to change your shipping address.

Q. Whom can I contact if the required time has passed since installation and I continue to receive the "No Record Found" status?
A. Please note that it can take up to sixteen weeks from completed installation to receive your Netbook, to account for 90 days of Comcast service, Netbook processing and shipping. You can call 1-800-COMCAST to check your qualification status if you have questions about your eligibility or continue to receive the “No Record Found” status long after the required time period has passed.

Q. What if the netbook does not work?
A. Warranty information with DELL customer service support information will accompany your netbook so please contact DELL directly. Warranty and customer support information is also available on the DELL web site: www.dell.com/warranty
